Sylvie received her Masters in Physical Therapy from Springfield College in 2009 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Sage Colleges in 2010. Sylvie is a graduate of the Professional Yoga Therapy Institute and is certified in teaching Medical Therapeutic Yoga. Sylvie has also completed her training in Pelvic Floor PT through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and enjoys working with women of all ages.
Sylvie is a lover for arts and creative movement, and is a certified Yoga Teacher and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner. She enjoys teaching anatomy and combining manual therapy skills, breathing exercises, functional therapeutic exercises, and mindfulness techniques to help people move, feel and be at their best.
During her free time she enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, traveling, cooking, staying active outdoors, exploring new coffee shops, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
