Chronic Headaches and Neck Pain

One of the most common complaints we hear throughout the community has to do with chronic headaches and upper back pain.  This has become more common due to the explosion of professions that require people to sit at a desk and work on computers.  These types of occupations lead to a gradual shift in our posture that increases the stress on your cervical and thoracic spine as well as all of the musculature around it.  Prolonged stress on these structures will lead to chronic headaches, neck pain, and upper back pain.  Check out our podcast demonstrating 3 simple exercises that may help alleviate these symptoms for you!
